Rick & Quita Hartfiel are the 3rd owners of the Hartfiel Inn, which they purchased in December of 1994. The Hartfiel's have since renovated with the utmost care taken, to keep the original home, while adding modern conveniences. The decorating of the Inn was inspired by travels to Europe. Many of the items in the Inn were purchased in various foreign countries.

For the pleasure of the guests, the Hartfiel's have created gardens that allow the guests to relax in privacy. The landscaping & cobblestone paths were all built by the Hartfiel's, keeping with the style of formal European gardens.
